following:-Inspection Invoice for the vehicle inspection completed by Cascade Autocenter dated July 6, 2016 on the 2008 Ford F150.  Showing the completed 172 Point inspection checklist and items completed at the point of inspection by our Technician. -National Warranty Vehicle Service Contract -signed by [redacted] (showing what repairs are covered and not covered by the Service Contract, Deductibles required, other charges covered and not covered) Can provide copy. -Email provided to me by our Account Manager, Gerry K[redacted], form his Claims Manager, detailing the history and claims submitted and paid by National Warranty Corp on the vehicle.  (attached)Each vehicle we present for sale, undergoes a thorough inspection and any needed repairs are completed.  The same took place on the 2008 Ford F150, per the referenced invoice above..  We do require a customer to sign a Buyers Guide  As-Is No Warranty on all used car purchases.  They sign to acknowledge that a Service Contract is available at an extra charge on the vehicle. We have been in business for 37 years and have sold many cars and service contracts.  We always stand by our product and service and make sure that the customer is taken care of.  Our communication with customers in regard to their used vehicle purchase and  service contract purchase is that not everything will be covered under the contract.  That is why we review the agreement.  They will have a deductible as specified on their agreement, each time a claim submitted.  They may have out of pocket costs, as most service contracts will not cover 100% of repairs.  We try to work with customers in the event there is some mechanical issues, etc. with their new car purchase.  My Sales Manager spoke with his mother via phone to offer some solutions on the mechanic that was initially handling and referred them to a Ford dealership.  He also confirmed that they make sure that someone was submitting the claims to ensure that what was covered under Service Contract would be paid. In response to Mr. [redacted]'s Desired Settlement:We are very empathetic to his situation, that he has had to undergo these repairs on the vehicle and be without a car for a month, but we will not be accommodating any of the desired settlement requests. Thankfully Mr. [redacted] purchased a Service Contract and they have paid on the claims submitted.  From the history it looks like there are some outstanding funds either owed to the Ford dealership or the customer. I am not sure if he is aware of this and if he paid Ford directly. That is not made clear in his complaint.Mr [redacted] is stating that there will possibly be transmission repairs, but National has not received any communication or claims stating this.  National is actively managing the claims as submitted.  Cascade Autocenter does not any responsibility for payments to him or reducing his loan balance.  Payments have been made by National Warranty to cover the expenses as outlined in the agreement.    Sincerely,Mel B[redacted]CFO / Asst General Manager

An incident involving Mr. [redacted]’s 2014 Corvette did in fact take place in our service department as he explained.  This incident was turned over to our insurance company, Federated Insurance on May 8, 2017.  (Claim # [redacted]).  Federated Insurance is handling the claim.

ID [redacted] I forgot to include the part where I had to tow the vehicle twice due to the improper inspection which was a total of $200, $100 for each tow. I would like to know if that may be added to the compensation portion or added to the complaint as well.
