I am rejecting this response because:Eddy's response not accurate and doesn't seem all that sincere to me until the endAs I stated in my complaint, it took over a week of emailing back and forth to get the first technician who came with the wrong glassI was clear that it had to be a Jeep glass, as there was only a day difference and then never mentioned have to get it from a dealershipI have the emails to show how long and Eddy should have recordings since he found times I calledThey also didn't schedule the second technician until after they had the glassBoth technicians we professional and pleasant to work with, it is the office staff and the processes that I have the problem withAlso, "It sounds like we may not have explained the situation adequately to him or there was some sort of misunderstanding, but his version and mine are not too far off," to me comes off condescending because I believe our versions are different as he mentions nothing about the email thread and doesn't have the correct info on the first tech dispatchAlso the people in the office do not know the process or we could have avoided the first visit all together.Lastly, I do not really care about the refund or the gift cards, but the principle of the offer for the poor serviceEven since receiving the email from Eddy last week, we still haven't received anything even though you made it sound like it was going out last weekWe wont be using Cascade Auto Glass in the future if needed, nor will we be recommending them to anyone we know
