I had a conversation with [redacted] when she called our officeI explained to her that the notice was not in her name and directs the consumer to contact the original creditorI stated to her that email with instruction on returning the book along with tthe return labels are sent to the email that is given to the creditor at the time of rentalIt is my understanding that BookByte sent another email to her email address with instructionI further explained to her that this account is in a precollect status not yet assigned for collectionsIt will transfer into collections 9-5-if they have not resolved it with the original creditorIt has not been credit reported and there are no fees added at this timeOn 8-17-we received a call from [redacted] whose name is on the account and we advised him also to contact the original creditor
