We received the refund request from the customer one day after their refund period expiredHowever to provide excellent customer service we refunded the customer that day regardless of the expiration and credited the account prior to the customer lodging the Revdex.com complaintThe matter was resolved

I am rejecting this response because:This is a unfair policy. They should have enquired with the customer that they wish to continue and become a subscriber  .If they don't want to approach it this way, then when customer asks for a get out then the should refund the money. If they want to be stingy, then they should at least refund the money for unused services.

Review: I hired [redacted] to fill out bankruptcy papers for my husband and me. Before she sent us the paperwork we sent her a money order. I sent her the paper work the middle of November 2013. I called her the last week of December to find out how close to being finished since I was getting ready to move to Oklahoma. At that time she said she could not have it done by the time I was moving because of the holidays and the matrix being slow. At that time I ask her if she had everything she needed she said yes just to give her a call with our new address and a phone number which I did several times. Almost 3 weeks ago she called and said she would be sending my money and paperwork back. We still have not received either.Desired Settlement: I want the 350 dollars she was paid and all the paperwork back imediatly

Response:

?I have responded to the complainant by telephone listed in the complain but got a message machine as before. I left a message stating I need a good address to return her fee. I sent by mail, her refund about a month ago, but it was returned 'no delivery'. Ms [redacted] has been moving and is now in Oklahoma, I think.

Please respond to this email if you get it.

Regards,

Everytime I called her I left my name phone number and address on her answering machine. When she called me and said she had decided she couldn't do my paperwork she verified my address then. Yes I moved to Oklahoma I called her around xmas when my transfer came thru and ask if my paperwork was about done. She told me no and there was no way she could have it done in 2 weeks. At that point she had already had it for 6 weeks. I do not believe she tried to send it back. She was given my current address several times plus the post office has had my forwarding address since the first week of febuary.

Response:

In regard to this complaint I am confused on exactly what Ms [redacted] wants me to do to settle this dispute.

Ms [redacted] did not have all of the necessary information to me when she sent her Worksheet to me in November 2013.

I did call her repeatedly and left messages when she was not available.

Ms [redacted] wanted me to go ahead and prepare her documents to be filed in the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court of Washington, saying she would come up from Oklahoma to go to her meeting with the Trustee. I informed her that would be breaking the sec 110 o f the Untied Sates Bankruptcy code and that she should file in the District of her domicile in Oklahoma. I offered to refund the money paid to me for preparation of documents minus, administration fees which included expenditure of resources and time attempting to contact her.

I sent a by USPS a refund check to her in April in the amount of $250. I used the address she had given to me on the phone. Her Oklahoma address. In about 213 fays it was returned to me 'no delivery'.

If she will provide a good address to me through the Revdex.com I will resend the Check to her priority mail.

I am anxious to resolved this issue as I am sure Ms [redacted] is alos.

Regards,

[redacted] t When I called [redacted] in December letting her know we were moving she was the one that mentioned to me we would have to come back to Washington to court which I said ok to. She also told me she had everything she needed when I called her. I understand I did not have my w-2s but all she had to do was fill out everything else and send to me in a timely matter and I would have been happy. She had not started doing anything with my paperwork the end of December when I called. Now she is lying saying I told her to break the law which I never heard of until today. She has not left me several messages in fact the first time I heard from her since the begging of April when she called to say she wasn't going to be able to do it was after I had filed this complaint It was during working hours and I am not going to risk losing my job to answer a call. No I did not call her back I really do not have anything nice to say to her. As for what I want I want ALL my money back. She wants to keep a hundred dollars for doing nothing. I bet I am not the first one she has made money off of for doing nothing. So what I want is what I previously state I want both my money and all paperwork returned to me now. She can send it to the address I have given her several time [redacted]

Business

Response:

I will send Ms [redacted]s paperwork and refund of $275 to the address on this complaint. That is $350 minus administration fees, including expenditures of time and resources.

I hope this is acceptable by Ms [redacted].

Thank You

Revdex.com,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards,

[redacted] I will except this for now even though I believe &% dollars for doing nothing but jacking me around for almost 6 months is b.s. I believe she is a scam artist and probably does this to people all the time.
