Mr. [redacted]'s salesperson was ill during this period of time and I was out of the country on vacation until this week. Mr. [redacted] was informed of these issues when he called our office. We have no interest in keeping this client's deposit. Now that I'm in the office a refund is being mailed.

On the message that Cascade Factory Home sent you (Revdex.com) they mentioned several excuses and at the end they mentioned that I was informed of all of this.   They reality is that they were hiding and I was not able to get in touch with any of them but the secretaries, as I mentioned in my original complaint with you.  
On December 17th I received a call from Scott K[redacted] and he promised that by December 25th I will have my money back, today December 29th I have not received any refund even though I had Scott's word on this, today December 29th at I received a threatening email from Wayne backing up, this will show what kind of characters these people are, he's also sending me a form that he wants me to signed and notarized in order to get money back and my question to you is, can we do this thru your office because I don't trust these people and if I signed this form they may say I received the money already.
I just want this nightmare to end, my family and me had been victims of the wild fire and we lost our house and now we had been unfortunate to do business with these people.

Attached you will find an email that I just received from Cascade Factory Homes, I feel this is a retaliation for making a complaint to Revdex.com.  
Please look into these emails that I'm sending you and let me know what can be done to solve this, unfortunately  I don't feel that continue with this company is going to work, I don't trust them and our communication has been poor from the beginning.
