Complaint: [redacted] On the message that Cascade Factory Home sent you (Revdex.com) they mentioned several excuses and at the end they mentioned that I was informed of all of this They reality is that they were hiding and I was not able to get in touch with any of them but the secretaries, as I mentioned in my original complaint with you On December 17th I received a call from Scott K [redacted] and he promised that by December 25th I will have my money back, today December 29th I have not received any refund even though I had Scott's word on this, today December 29th at I received a threatening email from Wayne backing up, this will show what kind of characters these people are, he's also sending me a form that he wants me to signed and notarized in order to get money back and my question to you is, can we do this thru your office because I don't trust these people and if I signed this form they may say I received the money already I just want this nightmare to end, my family and me had been victims of the wild fire and we lost our house and now we had been unfortunate to do business with these people I will really appreciate your input on this matter, I thank you in advance for all your helpAttached you will find the form and the threatening email that was sent to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***
