Cascade Falls Apts

I rented a apartment from this company , I purchased a home and moved out on May 31,after the property was inspected I was told I would be getting a refund of my security deposit in the amount of $850.00, I contacted the office in late August to find out why I had not received my refund and was told that it was under new management and they would take care of it, I have called at least time since and either they will check and call back or they just never return my call , this is my last attempt to work this out before I file a lawsuit and ask for damage interest and attorney fees

I lived at Cascade Falls until September 30, I had a security deposit with Cascade Falls in the amount of $ As of November 5th, I was informed I was to have already received my deposit back in the amount of $
I have yet to receive this deposit and have actively followed up with the organization requesting my check be issued I have contacted them via email or phone on November 5th, November 7th, November 15th, November 16th, November 18, November 19, November 21, November 30th, December 7th, and December 11th
Each time I speak with the organization, I am told to contact a representative who will not reply to my phone calls or correspondence

Upon signing a lease with Cascade Falls Apartments in I surrendered $as a deposit, which I was to get back at the end of my lease should I fulfill the contract and cause no damage to the apartmentIn April 2018, upon moving out, I provided my forwarding address to an office worker, Emily, who said they would mail our deposit to me within daysWhen the days came and went I called the managers office and spoke to a new worker who said they did not send the deposit because they did not have a forwarding address (apparently Emily no longer worked there)The new employee took my information and told me it takes days to processIt is now seven months since I moved from those apartments and I still have not received my depositOver the past few months I have called the regional office, local office, and sent emailsEvery time I am able to reach someone they tell me that someone else will call me back with a solution, which has yet to happen
