Clients have been denied by the builder (*** **) and CFA for request of replacing laminate flooring due to the following reasons:All documentation has always had Bourbon Street - color Spelt specified for the wood area's including: email correspondence, selection sheet, estimate (signed
contract), etc...Timeline of bringing the discrepancy up was months after they moved inWhen I visited their home to inspect the claim with the flooring manufacturer rep, I asked if they had called right away and they had indicated they had notThey weren't sure if it was correct at firstThey had found a picture in their phone months after moving in of some selections and then they started to wonder which flooring they had chosenThey had multiple selection meetings here at Cascade Flooring, some by themselves and some they had brought their daughter to the meetings with themWe believe they had seen the picture and thought they did select the other flooring, but it has been two years since signing the contract with us.The clients have also accepted repairs on their floorsWe have repaired one blister upstairs and then they called again and reported more damage downstairs (inspection letter verifies it is environmental) that is when we sent the rep and store manager to their home to inspect and the claim was deniedWe offered to repair the one true blister that wasn't due to water or sharp objects dropping on floor (have pictures and denial letter) OR we offered to pass on cost only to do full replacement with no profit to usNeither option was acceptable to customer but there is no fault in our eyes having signed and communicated selections to clientWe are sorry they are not happy with their flooring selection now but two years later is extreme to request a company to replace at no charge. ***Supporting Documentation Redacted by Revdex.com staf*
