Cascade Heights Recovery

As the former Eastern Region director for treatment offender programs in the Department of Corrections for 22 years, and in personaI recovery myself, have always been aware of community chemical dependency treatment programs in Spokane Washington. Because I found myself personally looking for a quality treatment program for my soon to be son-in-law and then my youngest daughter. I was at my wits end trying to find quality care, but also medical detox. Thankfully, I knew the director at Cascade Heights and made a call to her. I can't begin to express the gratitude, the professionalism, and the great lengths that Cascade Heights went to, to first provide treatment to my daughter's fiancé, and then my daughter in their detox program and then their 30 day intensive inpatient program. I was made to feel at ease and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Thank You Cascade Heights, Director-Tracy D[redacted]zler, the counselors, and the owners for this life saving opportunity!

My recovery time @ cascade heights was a time I will never forget. It was not what I was expecting, a more hospital type environment but it was better than I hoped, accommodations meals transportation beyond my expectations. Most of all I learned about what addiction is and I gained tools that I use every day to stay sober. I don't regret one day that I spent there and I am sober and clean today.
