This guest purchased a small Chihuahua puppy on April 18,2015. She signed her pets health warranty and was proved with a copy. She called on April 20, 2015 to tell me the puppy had to go to the emergency...

vet on Sunday April 19, 2015. I asked for more information. The information her vet provided said that the puppy had been diagnosed with "hypoglycemia; diarrhea; giardia". We do not cover hypoglycemia in our warranty. The limited 10-day puppy warranty that our guest refers to does say that "Services provided at an emergency vet clinic are payable at a rate of 25% up to a maximum of the purchase price of the puppy." Although our warranty does not cover hypoglycemia, I felt that it would be only right to cover the services(per the warranty) due to the giardia.
OFFER:
I offered to pay 25% of the guests emergency vet bill in the amount of $271.50 after I received her vets information. That offer is still available.

I will accept the offer of 25% to cover part of the vet hospital charges, however I feel the hypoglycemia was a result of the giardia infection.

I have not received the payment of $271 as agreed upon in the settlement. I have received no further communication from the business. If I don't receive the payment by the end of June, I will have to resort to securing an attorney and will sue for the entire amount of my vet bills.
