I am rejecting this response because: Cascade made a follow up appointment and failed to show up, or even call to reschedule, well after the time agreed upon.  This caused me to miss work on several occasions.  Apparently after they get your money the rest of the contract is optional.  I am requesting a full refund as they did not uphold their end of the contract.  It is a fact that they did not do the follow up appointments as prescribed.  Any attempt to say otherwise is a bold faced lie.

We provided Mr [redacted] with an inspection service on December 22nd 2017.  Our rodent inspection service is to examine a home and determine possible entry points for rodents and provide recommendations for sealing them out.  During that inspection we place traps to catch any that may be...

active in the home, usually in the crawl space or attic space.  We do as a courtesy offer to come back and check those traps.  There was one appointment at least that Cascade did miss due to technician being ill.  There were numerous attempts to schedule and complete the one courtesy trap check, even so far as visiting the property and leaving a door knocker requesting schedule.  Then in March 2016 I was contacted by Mr [redacted] regarding this matter and he at that time was asking for refund.  I had just taken over here as Manager.  I explained that we do not have money back guarantee's and that we were willing to provide the trap check.  At that time he ad already employed another company and did not want the trap check simply wanted his money back.  We feel we have  completed our inspection, and were willing all along to provide the trap check that we did indeed hold up our end of the agreement, and do not owe a refund.   Sincerely,   Kevin P[redacted] General Manager Cascade Pest Control 1-888-989-8979 [email protected]
