We have not received any current correspondence from the customer via email or phoneI don't know why the customer would correspond via the website when they have our email address and office phone numberThe issues on the last complaint were addressed and have no bearing on this current matter Please ask the customer to contact the office via email or the office phone number as they always have in the past and we can have the plaster company look at their concernThey have a warranty in place and can feel free to contact the office to address any [email protected] or ###-###-####If they have not gone the route to contact a business then I'm not sure why a formal complaint would be filed with the Revdex.com Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I did recieve a message from the subcontractor yesterday 07/25/and called back twice leaving one messageWas sent an email from cascade pools stating this and I let them know I received the call but has since not been able to get a hold of the subcontractorI let cascade pools know this and they said they would contact them and this was around p.mand I have not received any other callI can't meet the subcontractor until next week now but would still set it up if they callIt is unfortunate that after trying to contact the company through their website I have to contact Revdex.com to get a response.

I am rejecting this response because:I did recieve a message from the subcontractor yesterday 07/25/17 and called back twice leaving one message. Was sent an email from cascade pools stating this and I let them know I received the call but has since not been able to get a hold of the subcontractor. I let cascade pools know this and they said they would contact them and this was around 4 p.m. and I have not received any other call. I can't meet the subcontractor until next week now but would still set it up if they call. It is unfortunate that after trying to contact the company through their website I have to contact Revdex.com to get a response.
