Cascade Used Auto Sales Reviews (4)

This review is not only a personal disgust with this company but also a friendsCascade sold a Jeep Liberty to my friend Angela, they told her it was the only car on the lot that they could sell her even though she was looking at cheaper options because the bank won't finance older cheaper carsThen they tell her she can only pay cash at the place of business every month and that's how they process the payments, no monthly bills from the bank have ever been sent to her addressThe jeep was supposed to be a but when taken to the shop for a $repair a month into buying the car the auto repair shop said the car was only a The guy Joe at cascade refused to pay for any of the repairs even though they were in the day grace periodAngela got the car out of the shop and then the repo man showed up at her house weeks later with no warning or paperwork showing that the car needed to be repossessedThe cops were called but all they could do was say "this is a civil matter and there is nothing we can do"Angela is here now at Cascade trying to pay her payments and joe is telling her that she has to pay a $repo fee because they repoed the car with no warningI tried to ask him for some documents to show that the car has been repossessed and he told me "I don't need to be speaking with you, you can get the F* off my property"I was the person who brought Angela to cascade to make her payments and you're telling me "get the F*" off your property? I'm the reason she's here to pay youJoe is very disrespectful and trying to be sneaky by having her make the payments under the table in cashShe will be filing a civil law suit against this place

Review: I bought a 1999 ford mustang from Cascade used auto sales approx. 4 months ago. BUT the car was returned 3 days after the salePLEASE log onto cascadeusedautosales.com to view car. Stock # [redacted] to view passenger side panel.I bought the car and put down over $ 2,500.00 within the first day the car had motor noise, I was informed by the sales person the noise is just a muffler gasket. That day I had my entire family with me driving on the beltway to include my 3 year old son. I had the car checked out, the motor has a warped manifold.I was told that it is not uncommon with the ford mustang after overheating has happend. (overheating did NOT happen when I owned the car) I was told the cost would be about $ 600 to 700. on the way back the car had a loud bang. I contacted the dealership they towed the car to the sales lot. THE BANG NOISE WAS ANOTHER MOTOR ISSUE.I informed the dealership I wanted my money back and I didnt feel the car was fit to be sold due to the motor issues Keep in mind this is only 3 days after I bought the car. After many phone calls to the dealership I was told I could get my money back ALL BUT the damages to the car. I was told there was a large dent on the passanger side quarter pannel and the emblom was missing. I stated these is NO DENT and the emblum was on the car when it was towed. The dealership took over $ 600.00 from my down payment for no good reason, they stated it was for repairs to side pannal. Upon investigation I have learned the car is back up for sale and NO repairs were done to the side pannel of the passanger side. NO REPAIRS WERE DONE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO START WITH, They said it was due to a dent and repaint. NO repaires NO repainting was done it was a scam. No damage was done to the car. The car is in need of major repairs. I WANT MY $ 600.00 BACK FOR THE FALSE REPAIRS. I HAD THE CAR FOR ONLY 3 DAYSDesired Settlement: TO BE REPAID the money that was taken from my deposit in the amount of 600.00 I had the car 3 days. To be repaid for having to take a cab home due to being sold a car that was in need of major repairs and should not have been sold in that condition. cab price $ 150.00A car should not break down in 3 days after sale. And I should not have to pay for issues on the car. lemmon law applysTotal resolve $ 700.00 I will take a 50.00 loss. IF I have to go to court it will be alot more

Review: I'm a 22 year old college student and I just bought my first car on July 3, 2014. I do not know much about cars, so when I go to look at cars at a dealership, I expect everything to be up to date. As soon as I bought the [redacted], I started to drive it home and the check engine light came on. I've gone back four or five times because of that same light being on. They said they have no clue to why it is still coming on. I went to my auto shop to see what was wrong. I gave them a list that I had created as well. They told me it would cost me $5,000 dollars with the repairs that it needed. I bought the car for $6,999 dollars. I cannot afford that kind of repair being a college student. I went to Cascade and they said they don't cover any of the damages that needed to be fixed. The items that need to be repaired are: inner and putter tire rods on both sides, doors do not look on inside lock or car beeper, two leaks from the car, four new tires, two catalyst efficiency censors, the converters are bad, tire alignment and I have a cd that came with the car the won't eject.Desired Settlement: I hope they will be able to fix everything that needs to be fixed. If not I want a refund because this is insane that they sold a car with that much damage.
