Dear Ms ***, The radiographs that where taken by Cascade Veterinary Center, P.S were not inconclusiveThe radiology report for the radiographs in question state a radiographic conclusion of which gives possible reasons for her pets painAt no point within this report is there a mention that any food in the stomach was interfering with the conclusion of the radiographs
I understand *** *** is upset about the ongoing issues with her pet. However, unfortunately in medicine
answers to a problem are not as simple as a single set of radiographs. It was suggested by the radiologist that if
the clinical signs do not improve, a consult with a neurologist my be recommended. I do not believe
*** has pursued any other diagnostic optionsIn fact, Ms *** had no issues with any of the care given to her pets by Cascade Veterinary Center until the day she showed up in our cliniccreating such a disturbance that the local police needed to be calledAfter this situation, Ms *** previous veterinary clinic called me and informed me that she had also created a situation there years earlier and she is no longer welcome back to their clinic as wellI am truly sorry that Ms *** pet may still have ongoing pain issuesHowever, I stand by the fact that having a moderate amount of ingesta in the stomach on these radiographs did not deem them inconclusive
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am shocked and amazed at the untruths that are being told in this attached letter. In fact, I am going to take this to a higher authority in the Veterinary field, due to this letter that is completely false. I am going to address one at a time; #1) Dr. H[redacted] specifically told me , both, over the phone, and at his office, that his Xrays came back "inconclusive". That was the exact word he used.#2). The Cascade Vet Center told me to come in and pick up the Xrays on the day that the Marysville Police were called, and when I got there, they made me sign a form that promised to bring them back. I signed that form, and then asked some specific questions as to why I couldn't have them, since I paid for them... at which point, they sneakily asked me if I wanted the lady vet that was there at the time, to look at them once more. When I said yes, and handed them over, they took them from me and told me I could not have them. When the vet wouldn't come out to the front, I walked back to her office and demanded that she return them to me or I would call the police, at which point , she picked up the phone and called them for me, but told them that I " was threatening her", and then in the next sentence, had to recant her statement , because she lied, and I was not threatening her. I went outside and waited for the police and told them what happened and they laughed and couldn't believe how unprofessional they were acting. They told me to go home and write a bad review about them. it was all just ridiculous.#3) - The claim that the other vet in town said that I made a disturbance in their office is completely false. They made a huge mistake, and gave my dog a duplicate rabies shot when he was a puppy, and I told them that I was quite upset, but I spoke to the vet more about it when I got home, and they did some things for me to check the dog later in his life. I am going to get a statement from this vet to prove that I did not make a disturbance about it. I am also going to get a copy of the 911 call that was made, where this lying vet had to recant her statement as to why she called them. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I completely disagree with what they are reporting. I cannot read most of this paperwork attached, and what I can read is not true. I had a second opinion done and the second opinion was to have another Xray done with an empty stomach, so that they can see the Xray in full.I want my money back from this Xray from Cascade Vet Center, because the stomach should have been empty.
