Review: I ordered two phones, however cancelled the order the same day. I have been waiting for a month for a refund. The store manager is refusing to call me back, employees keep giving me the run around saying only the store manager can help me. Nobody has been able to track my refund down of $100.00 for products I have never even seen or used. They ordered the phones directly to the store, cancelled the order, and sent them back. I was supposed to receive my refund within 3 days.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $100.00 I paid.
