Thank you for your recent letter regarding the complaint submitted to your organization by [redacted] Zotec Partners, LIC provides medical billing management services on behalf of Edison Imaging AssociatesAs such, I am responding to your inquiry on their behalfIt is our mutual goal to provide accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of Edison Imaging Associates.Our review of the patient's account has resulted in these findings:The date of service 10/24/was submitted to Ms [redacted] insurance.Ms [redacted] 's insurance originally denied the claim, numerous times.We received the payment from the patients insurance on 04/17/2015.As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:A check in the amount of $has been mailed to Ms [redacted] today.We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Ms [redacted] At this time, we request you close this complaint as we have resolved it in a satisfactory manner.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by e-mail at [email protected] [redacted] Customer Service Representative

Hi,The actual miles of the vehicle is what it showed on the odometerCar fax report is a third party private company that put Potential odometer roll back not 100% accurate because Car fax does mistakes all the times when service shops put the wrong miles by mistake.The vehicle was taken to Momentum Chrysler Dodge Jeep before this person purchased it from us and the miles was confirmed to be actual.The NIMVIS report (National Motor Vehicle Title Information System) was ran on the vehicle before it was purchased and recent and it shows no miles discrepancies or title issues with the vehicle.By California and Federal law we need to obtain a NMVTIS report on each vehicle we offer for sale, and if any issues are reported on the report we need to announce it before we put the vehicle up for saleIn this case this vehicle had a clean report with no issesWe can fax you a copy if you provide us with a fax numberEven though nothing was wrong with the vehicle we still offered the customer to get the vehicle back from Toyota and bring it to us for a trade in appraisal with no reduction of value based on carfax.One of our buyer saw the same vehicle at the auction running at it was sold whole sale for Dollars which is Dollars more than they purchased it for From MS [redacted] .This matter is based on the Ms [redacted] just handed them the car even thought they offered her fair trade in value instead of taking it to us where we would have offered whatever the vehicle is worthShe did mail us and contact us and we just offered her to bring the car back and have us purchase it back from her at current market trade in valueAttached can you find all invoices from momentum franchise store proving actual miles and proving Ms [redacted] actual signature on them that we showed them and explained them to herPlease let me know if there is anything else we can provideThanks [redacted] ***

Hi, Yes we received the call and we are currently working on it.The paper work was submitted to DMV In June and was not completed on their end. We have tried to receive the file to resubmit it with no success.We applied for new paper work from the auto auction the vehicle was purchased from and...

it should get to us within 3 weeks from this week.Ones the new paper work is received we will process the transfer ASAP.We are truly sorry for this and we are doing the best to get this resolved.The truck is owned and paid for in full by customer and we are doing our best to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: it is not true. The salesman took $400 off of the original price when he filled out the paperwork for [redacted] Dealer Services in order to finance the remaining balance of the purchase price.We gave a check to them for $5,000.00 and signed over the title of the 1989 [redacted] Summit to them. Not thinking, we should have got a bill a sale at that time, or made a copy of the title which we had signed over to them.We do need to let you know that after contacting you and the DMV, [redacted], the auto finance manager, or [redacted] (we do not know his last name) finally filled out and signed a bill of sale with the date of the sale and the trade in purchase price of $400.00. I do hold the two salesman responsible for causing my husband, [redacted], and I the stress of making attempts to obtain the bill of sale. From what my husband told me, one of the salesman stated unless I had the complaint removed they would not give us a bill of sale. Thank you for your services. (By the way, they have a Revdex.com sticker posted in their office and when I saw it, I felt trust for these people. However, I do not know if they are sanctioned by you.)[redacted] and [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This is EXACTLY the oppose of what the DMV says. Why else would they issue them a citation? I contacted the DMV Investigative Division, specifically a [redacted]. Email is [redacted]. Phone number is [redacted]. Would you like to see my emails with him? Their replies to not just me but others is the same. It's like the attorney that just keeps getting continuances in a trial. Probably the advice they've been given by their attorney. Excuse me, but this is a bunch of bull. [redacted]
