Case Construction Equipment

Review: I have been a long time customer of Case, purchasing several different types of construction equipment, mainly loaders from them. The last several models of loaders have had several major issues with them that Case and it's dealerships would not repair. I recently traded in my last two Case loaders, with less 1000 hours on them, since Case and their dealership refused to fix them even though they suffered from issues that were factory defects. I decided to give Case equipment one more chance and purchased two new loaders from them. The two new loaders have turned out to be the two worst pieces of eqiupment that I have ever owned. They have been riddled with both mechanical and electrical issues since the day I bought them. The suffer from the exact same hydrulic issue that the last loaders I owned had as well. When I took the loaders in for the repairs, not only did they come out with more issues then they went in with, one of them is completely inoperable now, but Case and their dealership charged me $3,000.00 for the repairs. These machines have had major issues since they were brand new and they still ony have 250-300 hours on them and they are completely worthless to my business. I am tired of the downtime with my machines, the ebarrasement of having them rendered inoperable on customer/homowner jobsites, and the complete lack of service I get from Case and it's dealership.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for, two working loaders. I want Case to stand behind their products and fix them correctly, as well as warrant them for an additional year after the correct repairs are made.
