Review: [redacted] owner of the alarm monitoring service came out to repair the alarm system at 1[redacted] I am the owner of the property and paid [redacted] to have the alarm in working condition and the set up for the new tenants. I requested that before he does any work to the property and after calling him 3 times so we were on the same page as to the work that needed to be preformed. I received the bill and paid him for his services. The tenants called to say that the alarm was malfunctioning and when I called [redacted] to explain the issue he said that the system was old and need to be replaced. However he charged me to fix the system and then because I was unhappy with the malfunctions he dropped me as a client with my monthly monitoring services. This complaint went on for several months and he was paid for his services. He took it upon himself to end the contract with the tenants and and myself since we were both using his alarm monitoring company on a monthly basis.Desired Settlement: Work was paid in full and the service and contract for monitoring was dropped by the provider.I have several emails as back up for this complaint. The service provider was paid in fill and work was NEVER completed as promised. System still not working and causing issues for the new tenants.
