I live in a complex where CASE HUFF AND ASSOCIATES took over the management in January 2011. I've lived here for over five years and since CASE HUFF AND ASSOCIATES has been in management of this complex the quality of living has dropped dramatically. They have changed the plumbing company, and the pest control company. And the pest control company that they have chosen to use is a family owned and operated business. And whatever it is that use causes bugs to come. In November, the day after thanksgiving to be exact. There was a problem with flooding in my apartment, and the one next door to me also. At ten a.m. I noticed that the bathroom sink was clogged and informed the leasing agent, she responded by telling me to plunge it. Well plunging it did nothing. so about two o-clock the bathroom sink began to overflow, so I ran to let tell the leasing agent about the flood taking place in my apartment. She said she would be right down, since she was at the time, up stairs talking with a neighbor. After 30 minutes I went out to discover that she had locked up the office and was gone home. The over flow was going all night on and off. I did not hear any thing from her until 1:00 the next afternoon, which was on a saturday. I had spent the night away from home. When she called she apologized and said that she has the plummber coming over. I returned home at about 8:30 p.m. and there was still water on the floor and the pipes were girgling all night and finally overflowed again on sunday morning on and off this went on until tuesday. And the water stayed on the floor for a week before they extracted it. Then on January 13th 2014 there was a repeat performance of te same activity. Except this time the flooding began at 10:00 a.m. And there was no one on the property to stop the flood since January 13th fell on a monday, and the leasing office is closed on monday. but no one responded from the emergency maintenance line either. Finally the plumber showed up at 3:30 p.m. just after the water stopped flowing from my bathroom sink. And again the water was not extracted from the floor for a week. I shall be moving soon. And now they want to know how they can convince me to stay. CASE HUFF ASSOCIATES has since decided to stick with commercial rentals since they are actually contractors anyway. But their subsidiary company [redacted] is taking over the multi family rental end of the business. They are raising the rent, and now there will be a water usage fee for the tenants and their sign out front says that utilities are included
