also broke when I went to remove that part. Customer was trying to get a free fix and part. Customer also was quoted the price to fix before the micro was even removed from the wall. She wanted it fixed. So not sure why she complaining about the cost to fix????

He's lying. That's ok he can lie and be judged for it later. He knows he caused the damage. How would I even know what was wrong with it in order to take it down to know what to fix. I had my father here the entire time he was here and he never said one word about previous damage. He only said it was previous damage when I called him out about it. I will be sure to spread the word about his company and how untrustworthy they are. I used to rave about his buissness when his dad owned it and was honest and nice. I am only 35 so there will be lots of appliance buying and repair in my future and my friends and we will be sure to never use or recommend them. I really can't believe he is trying to say I caused the damaged but why should I be surprised. People these days will do anything. God will repay you for me. Now I know for future reference that anytime I have someone come out to fix anything I should take before pictures with them here to verify the condition of a product. Also if I was lying why did it take YOU so long to respond. Trying to come up with an excuse huh?
