in June, we offered you personalized evaluation of the diet to help you succeed. We did not receive a response from you. When you contacted us in July, you were 6 weeks past due on your refund period. We offer a full 60 days refund period for our diet program. [redacted], our support agent, was not aware that you had previously contacted us with a refund request in June. In addition, as per our refund policy, the product must be returned within 60 days for a refund. As you know, we issued a courtesy refund on August 1st, 2017, even before we had received the product back. The refund was for $39.99 which is 100% the cost of the product. As per our refund policy, the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. We received the product back on August 7th, 2017.
