I am rejecting this response because: I want to be fully refunded the shipping cost to return defective and bad quality phone cases I will not accept any less please give this company a failing grade for not complying. Why should I as a consumer have to pay to ship a product back that is defective that is just wrong!!!! What are my next steps to give this company an "F" for a failing grade!!!!
