Very dissatisfied
My son ordered a case with pictures on it and I love it. But the problem is that there is a blank space where a picture should be. I have tried to contact this company through their website 3 times and no one has contacted me back. There is no phone number to call anyone. Terrible customer service. I would never use them. My son is so disappointed.

Customer Service for Casetify is unbelievableMy order was returned and no can follow up with my request with a status update on my shipmentThe customer service phone line has been down for who knows how longTried sending email and no one representing Casetify has called me back in regards to this issueMoney has been spent on a product that has yet to reach the consumer hands

I was referred to this place by my step mom, was looking for a personalized gift for my dadWell it seemed great uploading everything and upon checkout I asked for expedited shippingWould be here within 1-days it saidI paid the rush fee of $extra dollars When ppl pay extra you expect your product you bought to get there in a timely fashion or so it says onlineNot only was it not here within a few days, I had no way of contacting this dumb company to ask only by emailThey are highly argumentative, they would not refund my $like I had asked, they went as far as to tell me my product has already been deliveredI was so frustrated that when [redacted] even called me to tell me they have stopped by times and no answerI finally get to the bottom of the issueCasetify switched one number on my condo # and I was angry because if this is the kind of company that can get away with [redacted] like this and then have it shipped back? They need to be down the drainCompletely unacceptableI'll never use this company again

Sent a broken phone caseThe only way to contact the company is through emailEmails are met with a canned response that they are busy and cannot get back to you for up to daysDid not respond to any of the emails I sent
Had to have my money refunded back to me through my bank
Do your research on this company before you orderNot only did I get a broken product and could not reach customer service, the product was made of the thinnest, cheapest material you can imagine
Casetify.com is a total scam site
