The customer was extremely satisfied with us when we were working on her property. She paid promptly for everything except the hydroseed ($1980.00). We even gave them an additional zone of irrigation at no charge which is a $900 cost. We had scheduled in her hydroseed and she made us re-schedule it...

for middle of the week and then had us re-schedule it again. Unfortunately, the hydroseeder could not accomodate the second re-schedule for her and we had to push it off for the next day. On the day of the hydroseed, we had scheduled in a 3 man crew for two hours to lightly rake the property and prep for the hydroseeder. When we arrived on site we saw the customer had rented a bobcat and driven it all over the property. This resulted in the property being compacted and what was once a small, quick prep turned into another full day of work. Because the day was already scheduled we contacted the customer told them of the issue and agreed to reschedule it. We later got an e-mail that said "Forget about the hydroseed, we'll prep the yard and do it ourselves". Shortly after our irrigation technician received numerous text messages and calls to his personal phone asking if HE could come back and prep the yard and finish out the work on his own time. We do not condone our employees stealing our work nor do we appreciate a customer reaching out to them rather than paying us to do what we were contracted to do. I reached out to the customer and told them we could schedule in our irrigation tech but it wouldn't be till a few weeks.  Our irrigation tech did go back there and fix the system. The vendor we bought loam from made a deal that we could get them loam for $11/yd. We got 600 yards of loam from his during this time. He billed us at $13/yd and for each load billed us three hours worth of delivery charges at $75.00. We could have bought an additional 20 yards of loam with each delivery charge like that. We reached out to the vendor multiple times to speak about this. Unfortunately at the end of the day we still got the short end of the stick as the vendor was paid in FULL and started problems with a customer for no reason.
