requested (We have many clients)
After that email back to her, she continued to email rude comments like "WHERE'S MY REFUND" just like that in all capsThen she emailed "How do you sleep at night?"
This is all over $that actually was sent to her yesterday via USPS just as I told her it would beI guess she expected me to put her in front of the other clients and give her special; treatment! We satisfied many, many clients after our move but my process wasn't quick enough for this lady who only spent $towards our lowest training package that costs $
There's a reason we have the reputation and reviews all over the internet that we doAnd it doesn't come from cheating any clients
I'm sorry she felt compelled to go to this extreme over $when I told her it was coming but either way, this response should put the issue to bed
