I have had Martinez plumbing and heating incCome out to my house two different times to fix my house heater and it still doesn't work properlyFirst time they add some new parts that didn't fix itand had to come back out the next day and told me it was dirt clogging my gas forced heaterThis time they said it was ice formed in the chimney and once the sun came out it would melt the ice and my heater would workIt still isn't working right and martinez plumbing never got on my roof to check for iceNow I have called them again cause its still not fixed
I have used Martinez on 3 different occasions. They have always been helpful and keep us informed as to what is going on. Most recently, my furnace went out. I called them on the weekend. They offered to come right out. It was not as bad as I thought, though they had to order a part out of Chicago, it was here the next day and they were installing it by 2pm. I would recommend Lloyd to anyone. He has also come out one other time for my wife, while I was working on the other side of the state and the pilot light went out on the water heater. Very courteous gentleman. Would give then 5 stars.
We have had several experiences with Martinez Plumbing & Heating, all good. The first was the inspection when we were purchasing our house. Mr. Martinez explained his findings in full detail to us, followed up with a written report. The next was blowing out our sprinkler system. He was quick and thorough. The last was an emergency, and, although after hours, Mr. Martinez came to our house within minutes of our telephone call. He fixed a broken outdoor spigot that was spewing water. He did not charge us for an after-hours call, even though he was through working for the day when we called. He really helped us out. We find his prices reasonable, his demeanor professional, and the work always performed to our satisfaction. This is very appreciated in an age when service companies don't show up for appointments and the work isn't always done right. I recommend this company to others often. We were very happy to have made the initial contact with this company through the recommendation of our real estate agent. She did us a big favor.
