I went to caseys to buy my boyfriend a pack of cigarettes and when I first went in, I was never given my receiptI went to the car to call my boyfriend and he told me he had already bought someI went RIGHT back in and the clerk told me she wouldn't give me my money back because there's no refund on tobacco although I had just purchased then seconds beforeShe wouldn't even let me talk to a managerI will NEVER be back here againEVERworst customer service expirience I've ever recorded and WORST refund policy I've heard ofNOT TO MENTION there's no sign stating this refund policy ANYWHERE in the store
