workAll of this was explained to *** over the phoneWe are a service company and any work we perform is warrantied for years, all of our employees are background check, tobacco free and drug screenedOur plumber arrived at 12:44pm and left at 4:31pm
Our plumber appears to have opened the sheetrock and found that the shower fitting was leaking into the ceiling belowPart of the drain system was replaced and sealed to prevent further leakage
*** was given a price before any work began and signed to proceed with workAfter the work was completed the customer signed an acceptance of work performed*** filled out a survey form and gave us stars and commented on the form "knowledgable, quick response"

I am rejecting this response because: Our complaint was with the price, not the workWhen my husband called to sthe appointment, we were told that there would be a dispatch fee and that half of it would be applied if we decided to have the work doneHe was not told the amount of the fee, i.e$188, during the initial callWhen the plumber arrived, we were told it would be $to identify the problemAt this point, we are already out the $for the dispatch fee so we agreed to the $330, or additional $Once the problem was identified (shower strainer and P-trap needed to be replaced), we agreed to have the work done since we were already out over $400. Our total bill was $1,which did not include drying the wet area in the ceiling (quote was $1K) or repairing the hole in the ceiling that the plumber cut to do the workAgain, our complaint is with the pricing and how they lure you in at each stage which we perceive as unethical, not with the work performed
