I received a complaint about some customer service issues about a bathroom I completed. My customer was not satisfied with the time it took to complete the project. I told them 2 to 4 weeks if everything went as planned. Unfortunately things happened during the process that none of us could control....

The rough in plumbing was installed for a tub shower and once I started framing the bathroom I found out the tub shower was not going to give us the proper room for wheelchair access. My customer decided to go with a shower so we had to change the plumbing again. After that we decided to build a little bit bigger bathroom then the original plans. The shower was ordered by my customer and they said it would take two weeks to get the shower in. About a week went by and the store called my customer and said they could no longer get the shower he picked so he had to order a different style. I feel like there were multiple factors that happened that we could not control. The plumber came and finished setting the sink and shower, the next day I received a text message from my customer that she was not happy with what was installed and she was very upset. I contacted her husband and assured him that I would make sure everything would be correct once we finished. He then told me everything was fine and he was ok with everything but his wife was still upset. The next day I went over and corrected everything that she was upset about. After that I texted her the next day and asked her if she reviewed the bathroom and she said she did and everything looked great. The bathroom took longer then it normally takes because of some issues but in the end I feel like the bathroom turned out great. I am truly sorry that they were unhappy with certain things, I hope they can move on and enjoy the beautiful bathroom for years to come.
