in New Durham NH and mentioned that he had to jump the car to get it to start and that he could not get the vehicle out of park. We gave him a few ideas of how to shift out of park, such as touching the brake pedal. We did not hear back from [redacted] for several hours afterward.Later Saturday afternoon, we heard from [redacted]. She said they were driving back to Maine, and the car died in Rochester NH. She was able to get to an [redacted] and they told her that her battery was dead, and they believed the Alternator was bad as well. We offered multiple options to help with their current situation, even having them put in a new battery there and we would reimburse them for it. And we would have the garage check, and fix if needed, the alternator.All ideas were rejected, and even [redacted]'s mother called to indicate that someone from the dealership should go over and "save" her daughter.On Monday, they towed the car to one of our repair garages, and then they came to the dealership and we refunded them the money they had paid.
