Review: The complaint is for the Cash 2 U at location, 466 Northfield Rd Ste101Bedford, Ohio 44146.. This was my second loan, never had an issue was loyal, until I had ran into financial difficulties. I explained the matter to T[redacted] at the location, she was very nasty, and demanded a payment on that day. I told her I can make a payment on my June 14th payday, and payoff in full on June 28th. I told her that my husband had move out when I was at work, without me knowing. And that I can replace the sound system with the wide screen computor, and camera. She says for me to chase after him for it. I was getting now where.. I understand now why the Attorney General office wants to shut down thes places.. I have learned a great deal from this experience, is to save for emergergencies. D[redacted] called me on Monday, June 3rd about the payment again. I called her when I came home from work around 5:30.. I cannot talk to them on the phone at work. I asked for D[redacted], and that I was returning her call. The lady T[redacted] that I talk to on Saturday that was very nasty, started again.I am waiting for the district manager Darrel Brown to return my call.. I had left a message on his voicemail today to help. I can't wait to pay them in full this month to get away from them for good.. I hope I can make the payment arrangements at the Euclid location, they were very niceto me, and they gave me the District Manager's phone number. And the lady said at the Euclid office they were very sorry for the problem.. Things do happen to good customers, who have been customers for a while.. Takes only treating one like an animal, to spread the word, where your business will fail.. I have not been treated like that in years from a business..Desired Settlement: Would be nice if they could cut the fees, for the abusive tactics I received..

Response:

Ms. [redacted],

I would first like to apologize for the delayed response. The initial email had went to my suspect email box.

Ms. [redacted] had contacted me on June 5, 2013. She expressed her frustration with our location in Bedford, Ohio. Ms. [redacted] had also discussed that she was experiencing some financial difficulties and requested my assistance in resolving this matter. I was understanding to her situation and agreed to waive any future charges and accept 2 payments to resolve her obligation. As per our agreement the first payment was applied on June 15, 2013. The final payment is to be applied on June 30, 2013.

Upon receipt of this complaint, I called Ms. [redacted] to assure that our agreement was to her satisfaction. She stated that she had filed the complaint prior to contacting me and that she had intended to contact the Revdex.com to advise of the resolution, but had forgotten. I also advised Ms. [redacted] that I would amend the remaining payment to satisfy her request of waiving all fees. She was very appreciative and also stated that my staff member, T[redacted], had treated her with respect in the past. She accepted my apology for any misunderstandings and agreed to notify the Revdex.com that she was satisfied with the resolution.

Once again, I apologize for the delay. Please feel free to contact me should you require any additional information. I can be reached via email or at [redacted]. I appreciate your assistance in the resolution of this matter.

Review: I have asked Cash 2u Leasing on several occasions now not to contact my employer for any reason regarding a personal matter. My request was not granted. My supervisor was contacted just two days later after I requested for the second time not to contact my employerMy supervisor was not tolerant of a personal business matter contacting her direct line.Desired Settlement: I need them to stop contacting me at my place of employment, permanently. I understand there is a matter that needs to be resolved between myself and the company, however, providing personal information to my employer without my consent violates the FCRA. They are jeopardizing my employment.
