The letter sent by Mr. Frank B[redacted] is absolutely not true. I spoke with Mr. B[redacted] on 7/21/16 and told him the ACH transaction was NOT authorized. I said this because I spoke with TJ on 6/28/16 and advised him to not withdraw from my bank account because I did not have the funds because my child was in the hospital. He agree and agreed that I could pay on 7/15. The ACH was processed anyway. Cash 2 U refunded the money back to my account in doing so that admits they were at fault. If they thought it was ok they would have not refunded the money. They say that TJ says that he did not recall the conversation so essentially they are saying that he is telling the truth and I am lying. This is a he said she said thing and they are saying the customer is lying. I understand they refuse to do anything but I want it to be clear that the ACH was not authorized until 7/15/16 per my conversation with TJ on 6/28/16.

Review: I received a phone call on June 28th and spoke with TJ, he asked if I could make a payment on the loan to bring it current. I explained to TJ that my son had been in the hospital and that I could not make the payment until July 15th when I received my next paycheck. The funds in the amount of $136.16 were taken from my SunTrust checking account ending in 5436 on June 30th. Cash 2 u refunded the money back into my account on July 8th however, because they initially took the funds without my authorization I received 9 overdraft fees (36.00 each) for a total of $324.00Desired Settlement: I request that Cash 2 U refund me $334.00, the amount of the fees incurred because of the money being withdrawn after I ask that it be postponed

Dear Ms. [redacted], This letter shall serve as our response to your correspondence of July 14, 2106, I apologize for the delay in responding, and I did not get In contact with Ms. [redacted] until July 21 1 2016 after multiple attempts to reach her. There are basically two parts to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. She claims we did not have authorization to ACH her account and that she had made prior arrangements to pay the debt. As mentioned I contacted Ms. [redacted] on July 21, 2106. I am attaching a copy of the letter of confirmation I sent her. She acknowledged that the ACH debit was authorized, she received a discounted Interest rate as an incentive to opt in to our authorized payment option. Secondly, after ta Iking to our manager, TJ Lambert he has no recollection of talking to Ms. [redacted] and our records indicate that we made multiple attempts to contact her as a courtesy before processing the authorized payment. Ms. [redacted] indicated she wanted to pay the account off in full but needed more time to do so . I agreed to stop all collection activity and agreed to a commitment of her paying off in full on July 29, 2016. Since we did not do an unauthorized ACH and Ms. [redacted] failed to make other arrangements with our company we did not feel obligated to pay her NSF fees and she was Informed of our position.
