Review: This company, on December [redacted],2013, withdrew 105,000 miles, of my AMEX reward points, from my account, in exchange for a promised payment. Thereafter, we called them on two occasions, spoke both times with a female, who identified herself, as [redacted]. The first time, she told us, that the mailed payment was returned back for some inexplicable reason, but that they were re-sending us the payment. It has never arrived in the mail, and at this point, there is no one answering the phone, at their listed business phone. There is no question, that I have been ripped off!!Desired Settlement: We demand our payment
