Review: This site took money out of my account with out my permission,this company dont even have a working phone # or web site..Desired Settlement: I want the money they owe me for taking money out of my bank account!

Review: I started this loan application process on 3/22. I was advised to send them $330 on a prepaid card as a security that I'd pay the $3000 loan. They placed a pre- authorization on this card. Then they stated that I had taxes that were due in a sum of $212. They asked for this in a moneypak. Only $207 was on that moneypak. I then had to place another $212 on another moneypak. I was informed after I did this I would receive my loan in my bank account at 12:30pm. The contact person's email is [redacted].com. I have called the company numerous times with no answer. I am overall distraught & disgusted by this business practices. I would like a full refund.Thank youDesired Settlement: The amount that I'd like back is $758.90. This sum includes all fees that have occurred on this account.

Review: I was told I was approved for a loan but had to show I had money to make the first payment. I had to put $240 on a non activated debit card to show I could make the first payment. Then 40 minutes later I received a call from [redacted] that I had to pay $168 for the first 6 months taxes. This had to be placed on a different card. A few hours later I saw the money had been removed from both cards and when I called them about it, they stated I would get my loan the next day. Since then I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like my $400 back.

Review: This company's phone number [redacted] is harrassing me. They are calling multiple time per day despite my requests for them to stop. I advised them if they continue calling that I will report them to all associations that I can. That still has not stopped them from calling.Desired Settlement: I would like any action possible for harrassment and failure to stop after requesting them to stop calling numerous times.

Review: There are a ton of reasons why I am making a complaint against this company. This is a Scamming business. They stated that I was approved for a loan for $5000.00 then they stated that in order to get things going that I would need to put $500 on a prepaid Visa card to verify the cash liquidation I have, or something to that affect, to ensure that I could make my payments. So I did this, they told me within an hour I can pull the funds. I went to pull the funds back from the card, and the funds were no longer there, they took them. When I called them, they told me that my $5K was on its way but something was caught in the system and I needed to speak with the [redacted] and gave me a number of [redacted]. They guy on that end proceeded to tell me that I owed $326.00 and if it wasn't paid I would not get my loan money, and they would take legal action. This was supposedly due to some tax fee for Education during the time I am in college. Which I find out is totally bogus as well. The representative I spoke with told me it would be $300.00 for a cancellation. I demanded my money back, and supposedly it will be in my account as early as midnight tonight. These people need to be stopped. Its not legit.Desired Settlement: I want me refund of $500 I would also like my refund of the $4.95 that I had to pay to get the stupid prepaid card. I would like them shut down. If this is a legit operation they should have an 800 number to call. They do not!
