I am in receipt of your letter regarding the complaint submitted by [redacted] on February 11, Please be advised that [redacted] is the victim of an advance fee loan scam [redacted] is not affiliated with Cash America International, IncOur company is unable to seek any legal recourse [redacted] is the victim of fraud and should be encouraged to file a scam complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at [redacted] If [redacted] does file a complaint with the FTC, we ask that she does not file it under Cash America because we do not have any affiliation with the individuals responsible for the callsTo be clear, these individuals are illegally using the "Cash America" nameFor more information, [redacted] may contact information on advanced fee scams from the FTC at [redacted] and [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
