Review: On sept ** I was told I was approve for a loan when I called they said I need to pay so much money before my loan would be delivered. In the meantime I ask them for my money back which is 2000.00 and that I did not want the loan I was told that my money would be returned to me. It has been 3 weeks and they keep giving me excuses why my money has not been delivered by fedex. I do believe I'm being scamed cause each time I call [redacted] and Mr [redacted] they give me excuse after excuse as to why my money has not been delivered. I should of know better not to send them money but in good faith I believe them now I want my money back they have not delivered and keep giving me reasons plus they keep asking me for more money.Please help me receive my money that I have pay to this company. Review: I was contacted by this company on November **, 2013 to see if I was still interested in a loan that I was approved for. I told the gentleman on the phone I was interested and the amount I was looking for. I was informed that I was approved for the loan amount of $7000.00 at with a refundable $213 and $213 of 40 monthly payments of this amount. I was transferred to [redacted] the Loan Manager and she stated I was approved. I was told in order to receive the loan amount of $7000 and additional $1293 was added to insure there was worthiness to get the loan. I was given a total of two [redacted] Tracking numbers in the amount of $4000 and the other one in the amount of $4293. for a total of $8293. I paid Consumer Loans Loan Manager [redacted] in a total of $1293 plus an added $220 cover taxes of the loan amount with Green Dot Moneypak cards as of today. None of the [redacted] tracking numbers work so that I can receive the loan. I spoke with [redacted] said to have my money refunded and I was told it wold take over 45 days for that to happen. [redacted] then stated she is a Federal Agent and its out of here hands because my money that I gave is already set with the loan and I would have to pay an additional $240 to release the funds. I don't trust what she has told me at all.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a full refund of money.

Review: They said I was approved for a loan, and I had to send $160.00 over a card. Then, they told me they still were having problems and I had to send $140.00 over a card again because of my bad credit. Then they told me I had to send another 240.00 at western union for it. I sent them a total of $300.00 and declined over the $240.00. Since the last conversation with them they have still tried to get more money and have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund

Review: I was trying to gain a loan thru this online money loan service a loan officer told to my credit history that I would need to send $150.00 thru a MoneyPak once I would transfer the account no# of the MoneyPak number to them I would transfer over $1150.00 into bank account,so I went ahead & gave him the Moneypak number,then he later tell that due to an tax amount I would have to pay an additional $ 250.00,& he said the loan amount would be in my account,I told him I didn't that amount money on me,& I told him that is not what we agree upon when we spoke on two separate occasion,so by then I knew I had been scammed,because he lied to me by not telling me this the first time,I realize now it could've been worse,also he very very persistent in taking what liitle I had left,I hope your bureau can contact this office & put a end to his business,I now it might not be easy because they might be moving around like a network.Desired Settlement: Yes I would like to have my $150.00 refunded to me but I know thats not going to happen.

First of all,thank you for your response but at this time I have not heard from Cash American Loan Services,in three weeks or more someone did call at that time & was aware of my dispute regarding one of their associates who did in fact have me purchase a MoneyPak card then transact a deposit of my funds,into their account yes he was aware of the scram because he questioned he about the matter,he was a Senior Loan Officer I can't recall his name but he did call me,& I simply told him either you reimburse the amount I deposit into your account or we have nothing further to say to each other,& of all things he tried to ofter me a loan I refused then thats when he hung up the phone he used a toll-free number,& thats the last time I heard from this so-call business you problely know that you'll never hear from them because they're aware of what their doing,because they know i'm aware of their business practices,but I do appreicate your efforts,.Thank you.

Review: I have rec ieved numerous messgages from different peoeple stating that I have been approved for a loan between $3000 & $10,000. I did not apply for a loan with this company and didn't know who they were. So I called them back and spoke with a man named Mike Johnson who is the manager and I told him to have his company stop calling me and that I did not apply for a loan with them and to stop processing whatever loan information they were processing. He hung up on me. I called him back and he told me that I would have to pay $200 to stop the processing of a loan that I never applied for. I told him I wasn't going to pay that and he hung up on me again. The # that I have for him is ###-###-####. He is a rude man and now will not answer the phone. I have 9 messages from people who have called me from this business stating the same thing.Desired Settlement: That they be shut down!! They have harassed me for 2 days now. I want them to stop contacting me. I didn't apply for a loan with them. I want them to stop whatever process they have me in and I will not be paying $200 for it.

Review: I have request a refund of my own money that I sent this company. I've followed every procedure I was ask to do receive the money I've sent this company. My issue is that the associates there failed to explain their procedure in returning my funds. For example I was ask to pay $210.00 for delivery of refund and once it was paid then I was informed right when the delivery was to take place I was told that I had to late fee charge because my package was left in their office over a week. I made the payment of $150.00 now the problem now is their software want accept the payment because it wasn't made as one transaction which they have inform me that it was a problem on their end, but now they want me to pay $360.00 which I just paid mind you they never establish that it was a late fee until I made the first payment of $210. This company has total of $$1880.00 tied up all I want is my money back and I don't understand why I have to pay sure fees for the return of my own money. I've been dealing with issue for over two months now I need help in receiving my money back.Desired Settlement: Resolve this matter by returning the money that I keep paying for to be return to me which turns out to be my own money.
