He not only repaired the door, he also educated me on how the garage functions and why he chose the method to repair the garage door(My door is really OLD!)The pricing was absolutely fair, and even though I could probably continue to use this door for a tad bit longer, I was so thrilled with the service and his character (Honest/No Sales Pitch) I actually solicited Adam to reserve a spot for my Garage door replacement! I'm not sure what else you could ask for in service, but as far as I can tell they cover it allI was eager to write an unsolicited review for this company, because it seems like the least I could do to say Thanks! I spoke to a few garage door repairman but Adam w/ EZ Lift was by far the most helpfulHe explained how everything works and what to look out for in dealing with other companies without pressuring me to use themAdam came out to give me a quote and spent as much time as needed to answer whatever questions I had or give me more explanationsI also had other companies come out and give me quotesTwo companies gave me quotes in minutes w/o questionThe 3rd company wanted to charge me $just to come out and quote, cancelledThey just looked at the problem and bam they knew exactly what was wrongReally? Adam explained options to what could be the problem and didn't pressure me at all about whatever option I choseHe even said if I didn't use him for the repair I could still call him with any questions or concerns with whomever I chooseWho does that? Not many if any companies I knowI ended up using EZ Lift and Adam sent his son to replace the spring and other minor repairAs a company they are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, honest, fair, reasonable and do a great jobAnd their warranty was better than expectedI hope I never have a garage door problem again but if so, I will definitely call Adam w/ EZ Lift
