Acting manager with a fat head
terrible services Why is it one day they accept my id and wont accept same id another day. These workers need to be on the same page. I have to see who is working first to pawn anything.

Extending loan
I pawned a ps5 a VR and two iPhone 13s I extended the loan and made my payment when I was late I called explaining my circumstances and was told the day wouldn't be a problem. To find out they pulled my items didn't hold them and sold them the same day . Now I find that cash Canada in bc is licenced under fair traders act in Alberta . Even tho I can have this tossed to bc it's still going to be a pain to file with arbitration in Alberta in order to get the arbitrator to clearly see this is a joke so that I can sue in bc . I've looked over the loan agreement at length and in the agreement it states that they contact the owner in every way they possibly can ways ... They had my email as well as cell phone . I can prove with a witness I called and what was said. It also states that they hold the item for a mandatory twenty days after it's pulled, seems that's not correct as everytime I extended the loan I reinstated the loan again and again , On top of this they said nothing to me right away just kept taking my money to extend the loan never saying a word that they sold my items I'm so upset at this corrupt way of doing business . Because the majority of there costumers are uneducated or have stolen goods . Cash Canada messed up with my items. So off to file some stupid paperwork in Alberta to get it seen that they shouldn't be under the fair traders act Alberta they should be under the pawn act in bc . Also it's under handed to licence ur self under the fair trades act period when you are a pawn shop . I wonder if the media knows this or in fact everyone in bc . Shane on you cash Canada shame

I WILL WARN YOU... I had made a pawn and I made a late payment to extended my loan... They call me and said have to make another payment before they pull my stuff ? I called said I already made all the payments... She told me it was only for few days when she called me back... That means they LIED to me ... I am telling all you guys out there... There so so so rude no customer service .. Even the manager refused to give me the reginal mangers number, Then she HUNG UP ON ME ? THIS PLACE IS A JOKE...I RECOMEND never ever come to this place... The worst service ever... There management is clueless... And the reginal Manager has zero customer service I spoke to him but was so so argent and so so rude... Comes from the top down... My advise and trust me DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AT CASH CANADA ON 17 AVE S.E... if I could give -1 star I would...

Yes, we did refuse the return as the leather jacket had no rips in the lining when we sold itWhen she tried to return it, it was clear that someone bigger than the coat was sized for tried to force it onThe lining in the coat was shreddedWhen she came into return it [redacted] refused it as it was not in the same condition [redacted] She returned yesterday and tried to sneak return it and was caught by [redacted] We again refused it and I tried to explain it to her that it was not ripped up like this when we sold it, as we have a quality control person here and it would have been priced downThe inventory description even says in fair condition with no loose threadsUpon return the lining had fresh rips in it all by both arm pits and on the bottom We were all polite and of us tried explaining to her, that the item has to come back in the same condition [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] She did not get the warranty on the coat
