Dear Sir, I would like to lodge this complaint against Roof Life Company of Northern California Incregarding re roofing matters done in January The Roof Life Company refused to prime the trimmings/fascia boards that was replaced as stipulated by county code lawThe company knew or should have known that the boards needed to be primedBut refused to do so saying they do not do avg painting There were also some noticeable gaps, unseen cuts, and multiple knots in the wood/fascia boardsWhen I pointed out dry rot in the fascia board that had not been replaced, the contractor said it was not dry rotPlease, you are welcome to come by and see the problems I am complaining about The contractor tried to force me to sign a contract that stipulated I was satisfied with the work doneI did not sign it because everything was not ok and I was not satisfied with work done, or not doneHis manner was insulting and intimidatingI am a senior citizen and up in my years, any

I purchased a Dodge Journey, signed the contract and took the car with me on March 5, On March 19th I was told to take the car back because finance fell throughI'm super humiliated and pist off at the fact that they would even dare do thisAlso, why after so many days, I read on the back of the contract that the dealership had days to do this so I don't think it's legal for them to do thisWhat are my options or what laws are out there protecting me? Just had a rental re-roofed and new gutters installed by Roof LifeTheir estimate was lower than all the othersJosh was very helpful in helping me decide on color, always returned my calls and addressed my concernsExcellent workmanship, professional crew and helpful staffThey left the site spotless Happy tenants which is importantIf you need a new roof or re-roof call Roof Life Company, I highly recommend themHonest and dependable company

I brought my Jeep Overland to the service department in March after the battery was fully discharging after use A new battery was not the remedy They found that it needed a new electronic motherboard replacement and ordered it A piece finally arrived months later, and it was the wrong part Cliff said the correct piece had been reordered It is now almost August and nearly months later, and no one has contacted me nor responded to my calls nor emailed me back after several attempts I have children and can no longer be without my vehicle It has already been an enormous inconvenience I would hope at this point to at least be offered a rental I would also like to contact the manufacturer myself to better understand the delay of this electronic part
