Customer was unhappy with her purchase, on 9.16.17 vehicle was returned to the dealership and the deal has been rewound.  The customer and the dealership have come to a mutual agreement and we consider this matter closed.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
