Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it's not only me that gets harassed on phone callsThey debt shame their customers to the references that are usedThe percentage rates and fees on contracts are a disgrace to the lending industry Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
To whom it may concern:I reached out to Mr [redacted] at the number given ###-###-####, there was no answer & his voicemail was full Mr [redacted] later reached out to me & when asked who's account he had been a reference, he began spluring out profanities and then hung up on me I did verify that Mr [redacted] does not have an account with us & has never done business with us Our company does verify all references and requires approval from references prior to using themIn the event that a reference decides not to be used anymore, a verbal request is then translated to our collection department, which looks like it was doneMr [redacted] has been removed and will no longer be used as a reference.Respectfully, [redacted] - Owner / PresidentCash Cow
