Environmental Group requested the email address from him nor did he explain the severity of needing it. [redacted] had his Realtor call me several times. Cussing at me & making threats. As you can imagine I did not want to be spoken to like this so conversations where brief & nothing was promised. [redacted] also had his bank call me witch I spoke to Jason W[redacted] at [redacted] bank. He was the only one that was a reason person & explained the severity of Invoice. I had gotten his email & immediately sent an Invoice. [redacted] was able to sell his home with no issue. I later followed up with Jason to make sure he had everything needed. The home owner [redacted] lack of response time after requesting email & his realtors lack of professionalism is why there way even Issue.
