After receiving this complaint recently, I did reach out and call the customer to ask a few questions on his refund and also how we dropped the ball and did not get him his oil deliveryMy first question was to find out if he in fact got his refund and then also to ask what the exact issues were with delivery of oil and its delay.? Mr [redacted] did in fact state that he did get his gallons of oil delivered and that he was all set with a refund and in fact he stated he called and spoke to one of the girls in the call center to tell them he received his oil and did not expect a refund, and he stated the girl thanked him for calling and letting us know.? During this time of the extreme cold weather we did drop the ball and we do learn from these issues to do a better job in the future.? This issue has been resolved here at our company and we appreciate the feedback on our system and how it works.? We also will revisit our process to make it better.? Respecfully? Mr*** placed an online order through our website on at 3:34pm for gallons of home heating oilOur delivery driver failed to properly preset his meter for 100gals at time of delivery. An over pump of an additional gallons ($155.35) of heating oil was
pumped in to Mr***'s oil tank. Unfortunately human errors do occur, and when they do, we always work with the customer offering a discount per gallon with 30-day to payHowever in this case, Mr***'s decision was not to work with us on a solution to this error

Good morning, this is the first time I see this complaint and actually read what the issue is. I have spoken to our accounting department and there is a refund check scheduled in our system to be sent out to the customer. Please note that it takes several days for this type of request to
become finalized, that being said it is being process and scheduled for a refund. Please revisit with me if the customer does not received this check . Thank you and we are sorry for any inconvenience to our customers for this action
