I believe the practices are not in compliance with collection practices and violate privacy disclosure laws. On 8-5-14 I received a phone call from [redacted] on my work line. I told her I could not receive calls at work and she said I know but I can't reach you on your cell. I hung up with her and she then called a contact whom I haven't saw in some time and proceeded to tell her, after she stated she had not saw me, that I was three months behind and that it was going to go on my credit report. They also told her I had a good credit score but now it was going to go down. Desired SettlementN/A
