Mr. [redacted], I apologize for your experience with the shipment you sent in. I have had the opportunity to review your complaint, shipment and payment; additionally I have spoken with [redacted] and our accounting department to gather as many facts as possible. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to purchase remotes from you. I am unsure where the $2,000 figure came from that you stated in your complaint. I have reviewed your original purchase request which showed a total of $168, and the follow up email you sent stating you were sending an additional 10 smart keys, which brought your total to $348. I have been able to determine that your shipment, which contained $348 worth of keys and remotes, was received on Tuesday February 3, 2015 – which [redacted] confirmed with you on the phone that day. We were unable to verify the contents of your shipment until Wednesday February 4, 2015 and after your shipment was verified payment authorization was submitted to our accounting department. I have confirmed that the wire transfer was issued to your bank account on Thursday February 5, 2015.
