Review: I had taken out a small pay-day loan of four hundred dollars, I unfortunately had not known about the fraud within this company. I was told I had to pay about eight hundred dollars and change for the four hundred dollars they given me. I went ahead and paid them $489 on time for the first half of the payment. They had access to my account and had tried to take money out of my account after I refused to pay them the second half of the payment after discovering that they not only are fraudulent they are not allowed to conduct any business with any Florida resident.Desired Settlement: I would like no further contact from either Cash in a Wink or their partnered company Delbert Services. As well as having them state on my account that I had paid back the loan amount with interest seeing as I had paid them $489 for the $400 dollar loan.

Review: I took out a loan for $400 and the fees accrued bringing my total amount due to the amount of $810; and when asked, the customer service rep could not provide me with a break down of all charges showing how that amount came to be. I paid $410 of that balance and have recently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy; which I notified them of over the phone providing all information needed yet they continue to call/text me several times a day.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them close out my account and stop contacting me.
Review: The cash in a wink service did not inform me of certain things that they would be doing, which includes tapping into my account multiple times for payments that were not discussed or agreed to be withdrawn. Then, on top of that, the interest that they decided to charge was not what was discussed and turned out to be an insane percentage.Desired Settlement: The correct billing resolution to be reached and any payment or other action required to close account permanently.

Review: I have gotten multiple emails saying my loan has been approved. Then I have received an overwhelming number of phone calls. I have emailed back and called the customer service representative saying I have not applied for any loans and to stop contacting me. I am still getting calls and emails about it. It is fraud of some kind. I have asked many times to stop contacting me. They are calling constantly. I have not applied for any loans nor due I want any. I have added a fraud alert to my credit reports. Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me. Remove my name from any lists about payday loans.
