Customer [redacted] sold us 13 items (Quote ID: [redacted] ) on 6/6/16. Customer provided us their ACH bank information and payment was remitted the same business day and the customer receives the payment in 24 hours on 6/7/16. Please view attachments as the ACH was processes immediately,... the funds were taken out of our account and not returned to us by their bank yet. We have provided the customer screen shots providing proof that we did in-fact remit payment per their instructions and have also done business with them a couple other times remitting payments the exact same way with the exact same bank information. The funds were deducted from our business account and show that it was processed correctly. Please view that attachments and tracer # for the customer to provide to their bank. The Tracer # for the transaction is [redacted] .

I am rejecting this response because I do not feel that all of my issues were resolved. In my complaint I mentioned that I wanted to be compensated for the items I had submitted in the amount that I had been originally quoted. By the time I heard anything from the company, I had sold the items that they had quote and could not send them to the company. The reason I was paid $75 was because a pair of pants that was sent to them with my original items was not returned to me.
Upon further consideration, I feel that this company has bullied me and has continued to present inaccurate information. I had previously sold them a [redacted] Bag. They state that they buy items at a certain price and then mark it up a specific percentage for sale. My [redacted] bag was given a low ball price and sold for double what they paid me. They begged me for this bag and I feel I was duped. They are not an honest company and push their customers in a manner that is not considerate. I do not accept their response.
