On 11/8/2017, we received a submission for the rebate offer That submission was received without an invoiceOn 11/17/2017, we sent an email to the customer to notify her that the rebate could not be approved without an invoice and prompted her to send an invoice in order to a have the submission validated.On 3/14/2017, the customer contacted us to check on the status of her rebateShe was informed that the rebate had been denied, for missing invoiceShe was also informed that an email was sent to the address she had provided, prompting her to re-submit the missing materials within daysUnfortunately, since we did not receive the missing materials, the rebate was deniedThe re-submission period being over, she was told that the offer was closed.On 3/21/2017, we contacted the customer for resolution and offered to make a one time exception by allowing her to re-submit the missing materialsShe sent a copy of her invoice and the $rebate was approved and expedited.A $ [redacted] Prepaid Card will be mailing out next week to: [redacted] ***Thank you!

The customer called our rebate center on 02/07/inquiring about his rebateHe was advised that we did not have a submission for him at any of our centersHe stated he would like to resubmit for the rebate, he was told that the offer had ended and it was beyond the last day of the re-submission period which was 01/31/2017.We spoke with the customer again on 02/09/and advised him we would make a one time exceptionWe contacted [redacted] and they provided his purchase informationA submission was processed and approvedThe customer was contacted and informed that his rebate in the amount of $was mailed out today, 02/14/

approved without the invoice.On 7/5/17, he called us to dispute his invalidated redemption, we then informed him that the rebate had been processed as invalid due to his failure to submit the proper materials.We have decided to make a one time exception and approve his submission. We called him at [redacted], on 7/6, and left a message on his answering machine to let him know that his $100 rebate will be mailing out within 3 to 4 weeks to: [redacted] Thank you!

Unfortunately, since we did not receive the missing materials, the rebate was denied. The re-submission period being over, she was told that the offer was closed.On 3/21/2017, we contacted the customer for resolution and offered to make a one time exception by allowing her to re-submit the missing materials. She sent a copy of her invoice and the $70 rebate was approved and expedited.A $70 [redacted] Prepaid Card will be mailing out next week to:[redacted]Thank you!
