Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Judgement in this matter was entered by the Hennepin County District Court on September 15, 2016. The suit resulted from a GE Capital Retail Bank (Care Credit Dental) opened on June 17, 2011. The account charged off on December 26, 2012. There was a last payment date on May 4, 2012. Ms*** did speak to an attorney with our office on September 20, 2016. She was upset that we had filed for judgment despite her dispute. Our attorney informed her that we responded to the dispute. The dispute was responded to on June 21, 2016. The attorney asked that she send the proof of the paid prior claim for his review, which she did. According to his review of the documents the proof was not sufficient to show that the account was paid in full. As of today’s date, we have not been informed by our client, CACH, LLC that the account was paid off. Please let me know if you need any further information. same proof with actual copies of all the money orders we sent GE.
