condition and no promises were made on the condition of the vehicleThe customer was made aware of the "AS-IS" condition of the vehicle and he also signed documents that he accepted the vehicle in an "AS-IS" conditionThe customer was also aware that there was no warranty on the vehicleThe Buyers Guide is a paged document which clearly reads that the vehicle is "AS-IS" and it states, "You will pay all costs for any repairsThe dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle." The customer signed this page as well as the 2nd page which lists the major defects that may occur in a used vehicleThe Delivery And Acceptance was also signed and initialed by the customer, this document states on item #2, "I fully understand that I am buying this vehicle and all the equipment and all the accessories thereon in an "AS-IS" conditionThat the extended warranties may be available to me; however, the Dealer does not finance extended warrantiesThe 4th document had huge blue letters that said "AS-1S" across the middle and the customer signed below itIf you have any further questions please feel free to conatact me at ***Sincerely,*** ***Cash N Go Auto Sales
